Since 1999, Lisa has hosted a day-time talk radio program featuring best-selling authors and experts in the fields of spirituality and healing. She is considered an expert in the field of lifestyle and transformational media programming.

Lisa hosts a popular syndicated radio show called The Aware Show along with a show on Hay House Radio called Being Aware. You might also know her from a series she does for Gaia TV called Lisa’s Inspirations. She also has one of the largest Telesummit series on the Internet found at . In the Los Angeles market, listeners hear her on KPFK-90.7 FM and on WBAI in New York and she is a regular weekend host on Coast to Coast AM, syndicated in over 500 stations around the world. Combined, she reaches millions of listeners globally a month. Lisa is also the author of, Becoming Aware; How to Repattern Your Brain and Revitalize your Life (Hay House) outlining her recovery from a tragic brain injury and how she found her voice so she can be a voice for change.

In 2002, Lisa and her husband welcomed to their family their first child.

In addition to Lisa’s background in the healing arts, she comes from a long line of entertainers, including her aunt, actress Teri Garr, and her grandmother, Phyllis Garr, an original Radio City Music Hall Rockette.
