Refund Policy

The following policy is designed to clearly lay out the purchasing and refund guidelines of The Women’s Wellness Conference®. If you have any questions about the information below, please Contact Us.

All ticket prices for events that occur are stated in U.S. Dollars.
Payment Methods:

The Women’s Wellness Conference® accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover card. All tickets are virtual. You will not receive a paper ticket.

Order Confirmation:

If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with the Women’s Wellness Conference® Customer Service whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. The Women’s Wellness Conference® will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

You will not receive a paper ticket for this event. Tickets are virtual and your name is automatically added to our Registration List when you place your order. If you have placed an order for another person to attend, please contact us with the attendee’s name prior to the Event. All attendees are required to present a valid photo ID when registering at the Event.

Canceled & Postponed Events:
In the event of a canceled or postponed event, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. If an event is canceled, we will automatically issue you a refund to the credit card that you used to purchase that ticket. If the event is moved or rescheduled, we will give you the alternate dates so you can attend. If you can not attend, then a refund will be issued.


Ticket Refunds:

All tickets are non-transferable. The ticket entitles you to attend the WWC 2018 only. The ticket is only valid for the event dates listed at the time of purchase and may not be exchanged or redeemed for a future event.

$99 Ticket: This ticket has a $49 non-refundable processing and registration fee that will be subtracted from the refund amount. Refunds must be requested prior to August 5th, 2018. If you request a refund before August 5th, 2018 and your ticket order is more 120 days old, you will be refunded via PayPal or U.S. check.

All tickets purchased on or after August 5th, 2018 are non-refundable.

$49 Bring-a-Friend Ticket: Bring-a-Friend (BAF) Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and only eligible with purchase of a $99 ticket or past purchase of a $99 ticket. $99 tickets purchased with the BAF ticket are also non-refundable. There is a limit of one Bring-a-Friend Ticket per $99 ticket per person. 

Sponsored Ticket: This ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable. The sponsored ticket does not include accommodations, food, travel, other bonuses, or additional expenses incurred while attending the event.


Ejection and Cancellation:
Before or during the event, we reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with conference rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund.
